Manuel Ramirez is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ramirez International. Manuel is a founding member of the firm and has served as President and CEO since 1993.

Manuel began his career in public accounting in 1981 in Orange County, California. He has experience in auditing and consulting with financial agencies, governmental institutions, healthcare providers, publicly traded companies, real estate developers, non-profit organizations, and privately held enterprises. In addition to his extensive financial, accounting and auditing experience, he has specialized experience in taxation and business consulting.

He also served as the last elected President and first Chairman of the Board for the Hispanic Chamber of commerce of Orange County. His business activism also includes participating in the area action council of Orange County for the NFIB, co-founder of GenNext PAC, co-founder of the Orange County Catholic Foundation, board member of Legatus, audit committee chairman of the Santa Ana Business Bank, finance and investment committee chairman of Make-A-Wish foundation, finance chair for the Boy Scouts of America, along with serving on the board of two dozen other philanthropic and business organizations.

Scott Crabtree is a Senior Tax Manager at Ramirez International with more than thirty years of experience in international, federal, multistate and nonprofit taxation.

Scott began his career with the Internal Revenue Service and after practicing law in California for a number of years, made the transition to public accounting. He has both Big 4 and second tier public accounting firm experience and provides tax planning, consulting, research and compliance for privately and publicly held companies, individuals and nonprofit organizations. These include Fortune 500 and 100 companies, large and middle market C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, start-ups, national nonprofit organizations and high net worth individuals.

While Scott has extensive experience in the real estate industry, including publicly traded and private REITs, he also has considerable experience in manufacturing, oil and gas, mining, retail, healthcare and many other industries. As an ex-IRS agent, Scott also has significant experience and dealings with federal and state tax governmental authorities relative to tax audits and has US Tax Court experience. Due to his legal background, Scott has written numerous tax opinions and technical memorandums for clients all over the country.

Scott is a licensed California attorney and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemical Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
